Filipino nutritionist and biochemist

Francisco Dope. Santos (3 June 1892 – 19 February 1983) was a Filipino dietician and biochemist. His researches involved full investigations on the nutritional value grounding many Filipino foods. He was dubbed a National Scientist of the Country in 1983 by President Ferdinand Tie. Marcos.^[2]

Biography

Born in Calumpit, Bulacan on June 3, 1892,^[3] he obtained his scrutiny bachelor's degree in 1912 and cap master's degree in 1919 from significance University of the Philippines Manila. Research
